Policy Overview

At Court Aesthetics, we understand that plans may change, and sometimes it becomes necessary to cancel a booking. To ensure a fair approach for both our valued clients and our business, we have established this Cancellation of Booking Policy. This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation Period

Clients are permitted to cancel their booking without incurring any penalties if the cancellation is made prior to 7 days of the scheduled appointment date.

Refund Process

Clients who cancel their booking within the allowed cancellation period will be eligible for a full refund of any prepaid fees. The refund will be issued using the same method of payment that was originally used for the booking.

Cancellation Procedure

  • To cancel a booking and claim a refund within the permissible time frame, clients are requested to follow these steps:

  • Provide your booking details, including the booking reference number, client name, and scheduled appointment date.

  • Our team will verify the cancellation period and initiate the refund process if applicable.

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made after the 7-day cancellation period will be subject to a cancellation fee of 75% of the original booking amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to the client. This is due to the requirement to pre-order botulimin or huylarionic acid prior to your appointment.

No-Show Policy

Failure to notify Court Aesthetics of a cancellation and not showing up for the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the entire booking amount. No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided for no-shows.

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies or force majeure events, Court Aesthetics reserves the right to consider refund requests outside the stipulated cancellation period. Clients are required to provide supporting documentation for such requests to be considered.

Amendments to the Policy

Court Aesthetics reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation of Booking Policy at any time. Any changes made will be communicated to clients through our website, email newsletters, or other appropriate channels.
