Medical Complaints
At Court Aesthetics, we take medical complaints extremely seriously, and your safety and wellbeing are our top priorities. Whilst we use high-quality products, delivered by professionally trained healthcare professionals, we will never cannot guarantee treatment success. We will always consult you about this during our consultations. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on treatments that you feel have not reached your expectations.

In the unlikely event that you have a medical complaint related to our services, please contact us immediately. We will work to address your concerns promptly and may ask you to provide specific details about the incident, including the nature of the complaint and the date and time it occurred. This will help us thoroughly investigate the matter. We will work to rectify any issues identified and will keep you informed of the steps taken to resolve the complaint.
