Initial Consultation
We are passionate about personalised care. That's why all of our services begin with an initial consultation with Dr Tom. Here we will take the time to thoroughly understand your aesthetic goals, take a detailed medical history and conduct a comprehensive skin examination to accurately assess your needs.
To ensure the best possible outcomes, we take pre-treatment photographs in order to document a starting point should you wish to proceed with a treatment plan. Your photos are only for you, we do not use our client images for advertising or on social media.
All our initial consultations last an hour so you have plenty of time to discuss any proposed procedures or treatments, leaving no stone unturned. By prioritising this initial consultation process, we set the foundation for a successful treatment that is tailored to meet and exceed our clients' expectations. If time allows, we can proceed with a treatment during this appointment, but we want you to be comfortable with whatever you choose to do so there’s no obligation, no pressure and no charge for our consultation.
Our treatment rooms are part of a wider yoga and wellness facility so your treatment will be in a calm, quiet and private environment.
